My funny remote access story was that one time I was helping my friend in KY locate her ipod files on her computer while in NC. I remotely connected to her computer and did this, but then we decided to have a little fun. My friend called her husband into the room and said, "Look! What is wrong with the computer? A few years back I held a summer job as a computer tech at a computer chop shop. The place was basically a giant warehouse that received defunct computers by the truckload every week. It was a gritty job ripping apart old PCs, fixing them, then selling them to the public for peanuts. Subject: Re: Site Search Issues

Well thanks to the efforts of our systems engineer and to a lesser extent, myself, we have found the cause of the site searches coming up with empty results.

Apparently our fallback webserver had the same job running and was overwriting the changes from our primary server. Needless to say, the issue has been fixed and search results should now be accurate again. We apologize...

When we rolled out our communities, we felt it would be beneficial to index them in our site's search engine. This has not been without its fallbacks however. Please bear with us as we work on getting it running correctly. As the communities and various other sections of the site accumulate content, it will be a very valuable tool.

We are constantly tweaking it to provide more...
